1) Baked By Melissa's mini cupcakes, one of the best birthday gifts ever!!! from Anabelle (my maid of honor).

2) Gigantic Hello Kitty piggybank from my mom with a note saying that if I put away about $5/day, I'll have enough money to buy a flatscreen TV for my future home by next year.

3) Ron and I stole a TON of color palettes from Home Depot and Sears to help us figure out some sort of motif/color scheme for our wedding. Had to post it in B&W since we're not yet ready to reveal these little details for the big day.

4) Another great birthday gift from Anabelle.

I've been on hiatus, but as you can see, for good reason. It's been almost a month since the day it happened, and I still find myself unable to grasp the fact that this day had finally come. It's shocking, and exciting, and frightening, and amazing all at the same time. Ron and I have already started our planning, which we're really having fun with. I love that we both have so many unconventional, offbeat ideas about everything we want to do for the big day, we'll die laughing while we talk about it over coffee. It's such a beautiful time in my life right now.
