sole searching

1) The selection, at present, of my shoes ready for the fall (clockwise starting from top left): AllSaints Spitalfields military boots, Dr. Martens 1490, Madewell archive leather boots, Frye Veronica slouch boots, BDG two-tone laceup boot, Converse Woolrich shoes, Chloe Silverado platform oxfords, Jeffrey Campbell Take-2 draped wedges, Jeffrey Campbell Pixie wedges, Boutique 9 Cooper boot, Jeffrey Campbell Mariel wedges). I tried to link each pair to where I had originally purchased them from. Some are old, some are new. Some worn, some not yet used. Rest assured, they will all be worn out and broken in by the end of autumn season.
2) My 3 favorites (L-R): the Pixie wedges were my first pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes; the Take-2 draped wedges are my newest purchase; the Chloe oxfords were the greatest find ever... purchased off shoptoast from my favorite blogger, Rumi Neely.
3) As promised to Lori's Shoes, I took a quick pic of me wearing the Take-2 JC wedges. I was so glad you guys had these available in my size!
I say this constantly because it remains a true thing (at least for me)… there's just something about the fall season that causes a stir when it comes to selecting your wardrobe pieces, what to wear, and how to wear them. Perhaps it's the mere fact that you do have a wider variety of pieces to choose from. Not to mention LAYERING absolutely everything. I know we still have awhile until summer fades, but I'm eagerly anticipating the first day the temperature drops into the 50s. I'm obviously never patient... when it comes to anything.

good gawd woman! talk about shoe envy!! I can't bring myself to buy the JC mummy wedges cuz I got a pair almost EXACTLY like that from Aldo.. but I bet the JC ones are more comfy.
